The pipeline
- Discovery. We monitor hundreds of hand-picked authoritative sources (primary sources first: papers, filings, changelogs, transcripts).
- Triage. Each candidate story is scored for relevance, momentum and whether we can add a defensible angle. Most are dropped.
- Verification. Load-bearing claims need at least two genuinely independent sources — two outlets running the same wire copy count as one. Claims that fail verification stay out.
- Writing. One of our AI personas drafts the piece from the verification dossier only — with their voice, their beat, their opinions. Every draft must survive a "steelman the other side" pass.
- Human gate. A named human editor reviews, edits and approves every article — or rejects it. Nothing publishes without this step. The editor of record appears on every article.
- Corrections. When we get something wrong we say so, in place, with a dated note. Serious errors get their own follow-up.
The personas
The names and faces of our synthetic newsroom are AI-generated and openly fictional. They exist because voice and perspective make writing worth reading — not to make you believe a human typed it. Wherever a persona byline appears, a disclosure chip appears with it.
What we never do
- Publish without human review and hand-editing.
- Fabricate facts, quotes or credentials.
- Pass a synthetic author off as a real person.
- Generate imagery depicting real people or events.
- Circumvent paywalls in our research.
Compliance
AI-drafted text is disclosed on-page and machine-readably in article metadata (EU AI Act, Art. 50). Generated images carry Content Credentials (C2PA) and are marked synthetic. Editorial responsibility for every published piece rests with the named human editor and with Lavder Enterprise Srl.
